I don’t cook with cheese all the time, but when I do, I want to make sure that I can use the fresh kind. I really don’t like buying the pre-shredded Parmesan because it really isn’t that great. Luckily, I recently discovered an easy way to store cheese that would last weeks in the fridge and still stay fresh.
Get some parchment paper and properly wrap the cheese so that all corners are covered. Then, either place it into a ziplock bag or container and it should last for a good couple of weeks. I feel like I made it sound like it would be a big process, but thankfully it really isn’t!
