Storing Pastes

Ginger, garlic, onions and certain spice mix paste are somethings that we want to have handy when cooking. Especially when cooking curries or stews, it’s easier to just use the paste then cutting up all these ingredients every time.

To one cup of the ingredient add 1/4 of a cup of water. Blend well. Add more water if required. Pour mixture into ice cube trays and freeze. Once frozen, you can take the cubes out and place it into a ziplock bag and label the date and item.
